Aashto T324 version Hamburg wheel

Category

Fully automatic machine. Detects and stops

test when the desired depth is reached.

Control unit with touch screen for easy execution

of the test, data management and visualization of the results.

Mechanical recirculation water bath for control of

temperature within ±1°C.

Protected by US patents.

The Hamburg wheel is used to determine the resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures to prevent the formation of ruts/ruts. It is the most versatile system on the market and has independent motors for each wheel, guaranteeing greater durability of the equipment as well as a more representative separate analysis of each sample.

The Hamburg Wheel has been developed in conjunction with the most prestigious experts in the industry in the United States. It guarantees precise and repeatable results thanks to a rigid and durable structure, mostly made of stainless steel, controlled by robust and reliable on-board electronics: digital display, Windows operating system and testing software.

That is why this equipment is the number 1 Hamburg Wheel in the Department of Transportation (DOT) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) of the United States.
