Automatic grinding machine

The automatic grinding machine is designed to grind and polish samples of concrete cubes and cylinders, blocks, natural stones, rocks, ceramic materials, etc. The specimens are easily fixed to the table by means of suitable locking brackets (see accessories) that allow grinding at the same time:

• n° 3 cubic specimens of 100 mm sides
• n° 3 cubic specimens of 150 mm sides
• n° 2 samples of cubes of 200 mm of side
• n° 2 cylindrical specimens Ø 100×200, 110×220, 150×300, 160×320 mm
• n° 1 block with max. dimensions 390×250 mm

The radial movement of the spindle is equipped with a limit switch system, which ensures fully automatic movement in both directions. The column is completely protected against abrasive dust. The vertical descent of the grinding head is achieved with infinitesimal adjustments by operating on the upper handwheel which has 0.05 mm graduations.

The machine, made of rugged sheet metal, is supplied complete with control panel, coolant/decanting tank (water and emulsifying oil), motor pump, set of abrasive sectors, safety chip protector which, when removed, automatically stops the machine.

The standard delivery does not include the locking brackets and diamond sectors (8 pieces) which must be ordered separately.
