Compression and bending machines 300/15 KN

High Performance compression and flexure testing machine with double test chamber and two independent measuring ranges 300 kN and 15 kN* with load cells, Servo-plus progress control unit.

This testing machine is equipped with two loading chambers with two independent measuring ranges. It is suitable to perform:

  • Flexural tests on 40.1x40x160 mm concrete prisms (range 0-15 kN)
  • Compression tests on 40.1x40x160 mm prism portions broken in bending, 40, 50, 70, 100 mm side cubes, 2″ cores, max. height 180 mm (in the range 0 – 300 kN) using suitable compression devices (accessories E170 – E172-01).

The applied load is measured by two strain gauge load cells (15 kN and 300 kN) with high accuracy. This solution eliminates the weights of the piston and the lower compression plate, the frictions of the packing set, etc., which guarantees a very high accuracy (maximum error of +/- 0.5%).

  • Max. vertical daylight between plates: 189 mm

  • Accuracy: Class 1 from 10% of the scale for both ranges.
  • Safety gratings according to EC directive, made of polycarbonate, with hinges.

Supplied complete with lower compression plates and coupling pieces for easy attachment of compression devices (see accessories).
