Computerized mortar mixer

High performance computerized, programmable and automatic mortar mixer.

The Mixmatic has an extremely robust frame designed for intensive laboratory use. It includes rectified stainless steel beaters, mixing bowl and sand dispenser with ideal dimensions and geometry to add the correct amount of sand without residues or segregation of fine and coarse pastes. Dispensers for additives (see accessories for model D092-05). Dispenser for adding water (see accessories for model D092-06).

• Different automatic mixing programs with cycles in compliance with applicable standards.
• The operator can also program up to 30 automatic custom mixing cycles via the touch screen.

Electronic control unit with color touch screen, which functions as a standard PC based on the Windows operating system for the management and analysis of data, test results, and graphs.

The iconic touch screen interface allows for easy parameter setting and immediate test execution. Direct connection to Intranet (LAN connection) and Internet to establish remote communication and receive an immediate diagnostic analysis of the potential problem from the manufacturer’s technicians, or for software updates.
