Compact, hydraulic presses built in class 0.5 designed to meet the requirements of any compression test on concrete specimens, with an accuracy better than ± 1% in compliance with European and international standards.

The characteristics of this series are; its robustness, measurement accuracy, ease of use, ease of transport, and compliance with current regulations.

Its rigid structure, thanks to the frame with four chrome-plated columns, ensures perfect repeatability and accuracy of test results.

The assembly consists of: Compression test area and frame where the hydraulic group and the measurement and control system are installed.

TEST SITE

Composed of a compact four-column system with a high degree of mechanical stability and great aesthetics.

The lower bedplate houses the assembly formed by the cylinder liner with its piston, the upper bridge serves as the closing of the test frame. The compression plates are hardened and ground and made of high-strength steel, the lower one has concentric marks, very useful for the correct positioning of the specimens, while the upper one includes a system of ball and socket joints that allows its perfect seating.

The equipment can perform tests on the following types of specimens:

  • Concrete test tubes: cylindrical, cubic, prismatic, indirect traction, etc.
  • Indirect traction-Brazilian (Optional device)
  • Stone and concrete pavers.
  • Rocks and granites.

SERVO-CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC POWER PLANT

Mounted on an anti-vibration system, it houses the high-pressure hydraulic power pack, with watertight assembly; anti-pollution, and very low noise level. Driven by a microprocessor-controlled hydraulic unit controlled by a computer.

The servo valve is controlled by the module with RS 232 output.

The hydraulic cylinder with an O-ring in the notch and the piston are made of special ground steel.

MODULE MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM (Automatic)

The control module is a microprocessor-controlled electronic device that performs the servo control of the closed-loop testing machine digitally through an external personal computer. The high working speed of the equipment allows a very precise control of the testing machine actuator and its digital filtering allows maintaining a high resolution and stability in the indications of the reading variables.

The module is mounted in a small metal box located inside the frame of the testing machine. All the necessary control and visualization is done through a personal computer running the interface program under Windows.

The personal computer needed for this task must meet the requirements of Windows, so in general, it will be a state-of-the-art computer.

Servo-controlled compression machines for compression tests on cylindrical specimens of Ø 15 x 30 , 16 x 32 cm. And cubic up to 200 mm. side, prismatic (optional additional plates) and indirect tensile test (optional Brazilian device). Governed by computer.

It is supplied with a state-of-the-art computer with flat screen, computer table (optional), safety protection screen with door opening detector for the test area, software CD with general test program and instruction manual in English.
