TESTING OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS WITH SERVO-CONTROLLED LOAD OR DISPLACEMENT/STRAIN SYSTEM
The 200kN press is a universal and versatile machine that fully satisfies the needs of control, research and testing in Cement, Roads (Marshall, Duriez, CBR, etc.), Steel, Concrete, Cement, Wood, Plastic, etc.
The load is applied by a mechanical jack activated by a closed-loop brushless motor with a microprocessor-controlled optical encoder.
The two crossheads are equipped with couplings for attaching the various test devices (see accessories).
The voltage is measured by means of an electrical load cell; the measurement and displacement control of the crosshead is achieved by means of the electronic device incorporated in the machine.
The machine is composed of a robust base containing the transmission components and the hardware control instruments. The base supports two steel columns with hard chrome surface. The upper bridge can be adjusted in height, to hold the accessories to perform the specific test. The lower moving bridge is driven by a recirculating ball screw and rotating cable, which, through a servo-controlled motor, ensures the correct application of load and constant speed.
The 200kN machine is supplied complete with a 200kN capacity electric load cell, bridge shifting device, top plate with ball seat and bottom compression plates. Accessories and software for specific tests must be ordered separately (see accessories).
